Hirecast ("we", "us", "our") provides managed AI agent services. Each customer receives a dedicated, isolated AI agent running in a private container. Agents can be accessed through Slack, Google Chat, and other supported messaging platforms. The agent operates on behalf of the customer within its private workspace.

By accessing or using the Hirecast service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You retain all rights to the data and content you create, upload, or generate using the service. We retain all rights to the Hirecast platform, software, and infrastructure. The AI-generated content produced by your agent is owned by you.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability, and will provide reasonable advance notice when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hirecast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Hirecast in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
